The 3rd China Petroleum & Petrochemical Carbon Neutrality Technology Exchange Conference will grandly kick off in Xi'an from September 17 to 19, 2025. Organized jointly by the Carbon Neutrality Professional Committee of the China Petroleum Society and industry giants such as China National Petroleum Corporation, Sinopec, and CNOOC, the event coincides with the crucial milestone marking the fifth anniversary of China’s "Dual Carbon" goals and the concluding year of the 14th Five-Year Plan. It has drawn participation from leading companies in the petroleum and petrochemical sectors—including CNPC, Sinopec, and CNOOC—as well as numerous experts, scholars, and business representatives from research institutions and universities, all coming together to brainstorm and chart a course for the green transformation of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.
