LOCO operates four wholly-owned subsidiaries: Xi'an LOCO Software Co., Ltd., Xi'an LOCO Digital Intelligence Co., Ltd., Xi'an LOCO Oilfield Services Co., Ltd., and Xi'an Infinit Technology Co., Ltd. With a total workforce of over 213 employees, the team comprises more than 60 R&D specialists, 90+ production and management professionals, and 60+ on-site technical service personnel.

The company has a group of highly skilled professionals in technical fields such as electronic technology, mechatronics, mechanical design, and software development. They have many years of experience in the research and production of intelligent instrumentation and equipment, including petroleum instruments, downhole testing tools, dynamic monitoring instruments, and intelligent production enhancement devices. The company has also invested in building its own processing plant and a complete production and inspection system, which includes equipment for component aging screening, three-phase calibration systems, high-temperature and high-pressure detection devices, and high-temperature and high-pressure simulation wells, among other complete production facilities. At the same time, through years of independent research and production, relying on its own core technologies, the company has obtained a number of national invention patents, utility model patents, independent intellectual property rights, software copyrights and other scientific and technological achievements.
