Product Introduction
It is used for monitoring reservoir pressure, temperature, production, and interlayer channeling in horizontal wells and highly deviated wells, and conducts downhole data processing and analysis to form a set of technologies for pressure testing of production zones in oil testing wells layer by layer. It can obtain data such as segmented oil and water production, oil-water ratio, formation pressure, and temperature, solving the problem of layered testing in highly deviated wells and horizontal wells.
Functional Features
- Connected to coiled tubing (smooth cable) for running downhole, it realizes the measurement of segmented parameters such as temperature, flow rate, water cut, pressure, magnetic positioning, and tension in each downhole testing section through the electric control packer and production fluid tester;
- The internal bus of the small-diameter horizontal well production fluid testing system adopts AMI code with a communication rate of 100Kbps. The ground measurement and control device and remote transmission use Manchester + serial port coupling communication, which ensures communication real-time while meeting reliable communication with a 7000m long cable;
- The small-diameter horizontal well production fluid testing system adopts small size, lightweight, and mechanical flexibility combination measures to maximize the passability of the instrument string in horizontal well construction;
- The small-diameter packer uses an electric method to realize setting and unsetting, and is designed with a mechanical unsetting function;
- The small-diameter packer uses a rubber barrel with a high expansion ratio, low expansion pressure, and large packing pressure difference, enabling electric setting and unsetting for more than 6 times in one run;
- The production fluid dynamic tester adopts impedance and capacitance dual water cut measurement sensors to improve the water cut measurement range.
