Product Introduction
It is applied in oilfield CO₂layered injection wells. A separate injection instrument is installed in each water injection layer, with layers isolated by through-type packers. A single-core cable is installed outside the oil pipe and connected to the ground to realize two-way communication and command control between the downhole and the ground. It features functions such as real-time monitoring of downhole layered data, intelligent regulation, and on-line packer inspection. It effectively solves inter-layer and intra-layer interference, achieves precise separate injection, and improves the qualification rate of CO₂Layered injection as well as production efficiency.
Functional Features
- Realizes real-time monitoring of supercritical CO₂ injection flow, pressure, temperature and density of each downhole layer, as well as the function of adjusting injection opening;
- Monitors the supercritical CO₂ layered injection flow in real time, and realizes automatic flow measurement and regulation through precise adjustment of valve opening;
- Regular calibration of downhole layered flow improves the long-term measurement accuracy of the downhole system;
- Designed with carbon dioxide corrosion resistance and multi-stage gas tightness, ensuring reliable sealing under downhole conditions of high temperature, high pressure and high corrosion.
