On May 5th, under a gentle breeze and bright sunshine, Changqing Oilfield Company held a press conference to release the achievements of its digital transformation and intelligent development phase. This was a summary meeting to review achievements and accumulate experience, but also a mobilization meeting to unify thinking and enhance understanding, and even more a promotion meeting to focus on the present and plan for the future.

He Jiangchuan, executive director and party secretary of the oilfield company, attended the meeting and emphasized the need to strengthen management, highlight key areas, and strive to make the oilfield company's digital transformation and intelligent development work a leader within the group company.
The meeting heard eight reports on the achievements of the digital transformation and intelligent development phase, including a demonstration of the intelligent construction and application of shale oil, as well as a special report on the oilfield's information work in 2022. A launch ceremony for the Longdong shale oil Internet of Things cloud platform was also held.

Chen Zhaohui, chairman of Kunlun Digital Technology Co., Ltd., gave a speech at the Beijing sub-venue, and Zhu Shengzhen, general manager and deputy secretary of the Party Committee of China Petroleum Group Safety and Environmental Protection Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd., gave a congratulatory speech at the Beijing sub-venue.
At the meeting, nine rich and vivid reports unveiled the achievements of Changqing Oilfield's digital transformation and intelligent development phase one by one.
As early as 2007, Changqing Oilfield launched the digital construction of well sites. For 15 years, Changqing Oilfield has continuously promoted the integration of information technology and industrialization, following the group company's "six unifications" and Dream Cloud top-level design, formulating a "326" intelligent plan, from unmanned field stations to intelligent optimization of oil and gas well production, from visual monitoring of operations to the application of intelligent equipment and precise management of personnel, finances, and materials, providing strong efficiency for company governance.

Persistent efforts yield results. Today's Changqing Oilfield is rejuvenated and shows a new look, handing in an excellent "answer sheet" in this "required course" of digital transformation and intelligent development.
Digital coverage rate continues to increase
A large-scale oil and gas production Internet of Things system has been built, with the digital coverage rate of oil and gas fields reaching 98.2%, a year-on-year increase of 1.5%. More than 88,000 oil, gas, and water wells and 2705 sites are managed online.
Labor productivity per capita has significantly increased
From 2007 to 2021, oil and gas equivalent increased from 20.89 million tons to 62.45 million tons, the number of oil, gas, and water wells increased from 25,000 to 115,000, and the total workforce was controlled at 70,000.
The automation level of oil and gas field stations continues to improve
More than 5,000 oil wells use intelligent interval opening, more than 20,000 gas wells are connected to the intelligent gas well platform, there are 1824 unmanned field stations, with a coverage rate of 83.4%, and a cumulative reduction of more than 4700 employees.
Exploration and development coordination research continues to deepen
A unified data acquisition and control management platform has been established to realize automatic data acquisition from the front-end well sites. A digital oil and gas reservoir research and decision support system has been built, realizing enterprise-level collaboration and sharing, and efficiently supporting integrated exploration and development.
At the meeting, He Jiangchuan had a video conference with front-line employees. The Longdong shale oil development project department reported on the Yuele production control center, which, through intelligent data acquisition and application, greatly solved the problem of severe labor shortages for the project department's own employees.
