From July 17 to 21, 2023, Lan Mengping, General Manager of Luoke Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the Xi'an Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Talent Cultivation Program—Beijing Session, themed "Central-Local Integrated Development to Boost Xi'an Enterprises' Participation in National Defense Science and Technology Construction." According to the "Implementation Measures for the Evaluation and Confirmation of High-Level Talents in Xi'an City" (Xi'an Municipal Talent Office Document [2023] No. 1), after being nominated, preliminarily reviewed, evaluated by experts, and approved at a meeting, Lan Mengping, General Manager of Luoke Co., Ltd., and Li Xixiao, Deputy General Manager, have been awarded the title of "Local Leading Talents"—a high-level talent designation—by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work under the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.

The 3rd China Petroleum & Petrochemical Carbon Neutrality Technology Exchange Conference will grandly kick off in Xi'an from September 17 to 19, 2025.
