According to the "Implementation Measures for the Evaluation and Confirmation of High-Level Talents in Xi'an City" (Xi'an Municipal Talent Office Document [2023] No. 1), after being nominated, preliminarily reviewed, evaluated by experts, and approved at a meeting, Lan Mengping, General Manager of Luoke Co., Ltd., and Li Xixiao, Deputy General Manager, have been awarded the title of "Local Leading Talents"—a high-level talent designation—by the Office of the Leading Group for Talent Work under the Xi'an Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China.
